JMichele Hair is ethically is sourced from Cambodia, India & South East Asia. All extensions are from one donor. The hair is unprocessed meaning raw. Each bundle is different . You will not get the same uniformed pattern like with processed hair. We do our best to match each bundle perfectly. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and fast shipping. Just like you , I got tired of wasting money on hair that didn't last the 6-8 week install. I have experienced shedding, matting, knotting and even thinning tracks. I wanted a more luxurious hair and for what I was paying I wasn't receiving that. I wanted my hair to have volume as well as length, most importantly I wanted it to look natural. Selling low quality extensions that aren't even human hair but made up of scraps and animal.
