Shipping policy

All orders will take 1-2 business days to process. We ship items depending on the time the order has been placed. Most orders will ship the next business day. We ship Monday through Friday and Saturdays, excluding holidays. We cannot guarantee packages to be delivered on Saturday even if order is up graded to express. After placing order you will receive a confirmation. You will receive the tracking information once order has been shipped that can take up to 48 hours. If you do not see your email conformation after 12 hours of order placement, please check your spam or junk mail. Express shipping and other third party carriers are non- refundable. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. 

Please make sure when placing your order that all information is correct because if there are unverified details in order that will cause a delay by additional day (1-2). we do recommend that all customers review their shipping and billing information to avoid any possible delays.

Some packages depending on the carrier might or might not require a signature. Most packages are left in your mailbox or front door of the address that has been provided. To ensure your package is safe it is recommended to ship to someone you trust(family, friend, neighbor) if you are not going to be at residence. If you wont be home at the day or time of scheduled delivery it is recommended to change the delivery date or let carrier hold package for you. This is an investment !
